This policy applies to information submitted through this website to Noor Al Shams Tents & Sheds Tr, based at New Industrial Area, Al Dhaid, Sharjah, UAE. It covers quotation enquiries and direct contact through the phone, email and WhatsApp links provided on the site.
Information you choose to provide
The quotation form may collect your name, company, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, project location, project type, approximate parking spaces and the project details included in your message. If you contact us through another channel, that service may also provide the information you choose to send there.
How the information is used
We use submitted information to review your request, contact you, discuss site and project requirements, prepare or follow up on a quotation, coordinate requested services, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated promotional messages.
Form delivery and service providers
Quotation form submissions are delivered through Formspree. Formspree processes form data under its privacy policy. Hosting and communications providers may process limited information needed to deliver the website, email, phone or messaging service. If you open WhatsApp or another external service, that provider handles your activity under its own terms and privacy practices.
International processing
